Par sa conception de r\u00e9gulateur double, par son bo\u00eetier de petite taille et par la r\u00e9gulation pr\u00e9cise de la tension, le LTM4646 r\u00e9pond aux contraintes d\u2019espace des cartes PCB de syst\u00e8mes \u00e0 forte densit\u00e9 de composants pour l\u2019alimentation de composants basse tension et de courant \u00e9lev\u00e9 comme les FPGA, ASIC, microprocesseurs et GPU. Les applications comprennent les cartes PCIe, les infrastructures de communication, les syst\u00e8mes informatiques d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialis\u00e9s (cloud), ainsi que les \u00e9quipements m\u00e9dicaux, industriels, de mesure et de tests.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La pr\u00e9cision totale de la tension de sortie en continu est garantie \u00e0 \u00b11,5%, sur la ligne, la charge et la temp\u00e9rature (\u201340\u00b0C \u00e0 125\u00b0C). Le LTM4646 offre la possibilit\u00e9 de choisir une compensation de boucle de r\u00e9gulation interne ou externe, permettant aux utilisateurs d\u2019optimiser la stabilit\u00e9 de la boucle et les performances lors de signaux transitoires tout en minimisant le nombre de condensateurs en sortie.<\/p>\n<p>Le rendement maximum, pour une conversion de 12V en entr\u00e9e en 1V en sortie, est de 86%. Avec un flux d\u2019air de 200LFM, le LTM4646 g\u00e9n\u00e8re un courant continu de 20A jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature ambiante de 85\u00b0C. L\u2019architecture en mode courant permet un fonctionnement en parall\u00e8le multi-phase pour accro\u00eetre le courant de sortie avec un juste partage du courant.<\/p>\n<p>Autonome, le LTM4646 fonctionne sur une plage de la tension d\u2019entr\u00e9e de 4,5V \u00e0 20V. Lorsqu\u2019une tension de polarisation externe de 5V est disponible, le composant peut fonctionner \u00e0 partir de 2,375V. Les tensions de sortie peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9gl\u00e9es entre 0,6V et 5,5V, ce qui permet au composant de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer, non seulement une basse tension pour les composants num\u00e9riques, mais aussi 2,5V, 3,3V et 5V, qui sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement requises pour les tensions de bus des syst\u00e8mes. La fr\u00e9quence de commutation peut \u00eatre programm\u00e9e, par une seule r\u00e9sistance, sur la plage de 250kHz \u00e0 1,3MHz, et peut \u00eatre \u00e9galement synchronis\u00e9e \u00e0 une horloge externe de 300kHz \u00e0 1MHz, pour les applications sensibles au bruit.
