La plage de tension de sortie peut \u00eatre r\u00e9gl\u00e9e de 1,2V \u00e0 150V, pour des courants de sortie pouvant atteindre des dizaines d\u2019amp\u00e8res, selon le choix des composants externes. Une puissance de sortie jusqu\u2019\u00e0 500W peut \u00eatre fournie par un seul composant. Des puissances plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es peuvent \u00eatre obtenues avec une configuration en parall\u00e8le de plusieurs composants. La tension des contr\u00f4leurs de grille des puissants MOSFET canal N, 1,5\u2126, du LTC3777, peut \u00eatre r\u00e9gl\u00e9e entre 6V et 10V, ce qui permet d\u2019utiliser des MOSFET de niveau de tension logique ou de seuil standard.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le LTC3777 utilise une architecture de contr\u00f4le en mode courant, propri\u00e9taire, pour un fonctionnement \u00e0 fr\u00e9quence fixe en modes abaisseur, \u00e9l\u00e9vateur ou abaisseur-\u00e9l\u00e9vateur. La fr\u00e9quence de fonctionnement peut \u00eatre synchronis\u00e9e sur une horloge externe de 50kHz \u00e0 600kHz, et une boucle \u00e0 courant constant d\u2019entr\u00e9e\/sortie assure une aide \u00e0 la charge de la batterie et une protection contre les surcharges. L\u2019utilisateur peut s\u00e9lectionner le mode continu forc\u00e9 ou le mode discontinu pour optimiser le rendement aux faibles charges. Les caract\u00e9ristiques suppl\u00e9mentaires comprennent les transferts sans coupure entre les plages de fonctionnement, un indicateur de tension de sortie en r\u00e9gulation, le r\u00e9glage du d\u00e9marrage progressif et de l\u2019arr\u00eat en cas de surtension en entr\u00e9e et la d\u00e9connexion de la tension de sortie \u00e0 l\u2019arr\u00eat.<\/p>\n<p>Le LTC3777 est disponible en un bo\u00eetier e-LQFP de 48 broches, \u00e0 espacement de broches pour un fonctionnement \u00e0 tension \u00e9lev\u00e9e.
