Le LTC7810 continue de fonctionner avec un rapport cyclique jusqu\u2019\u00e0 100% pendant des baisses de la tension d\u2019entr\u00e9e jusqu\u2019\u00e0 4,1V, ce qui le rend appropri\u00e9 aux applications du transport, de l\u2019industrie, de la robotique et des transmissions de donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>La tension de sortie peut \u00eatre fix\u00e9e entre 1V et 60V pour des courants de sortie pouvant atteindre 20A par canal, avec des rendements pouvant atteindre 96%. Ce composant consomme seulement 16\u00b5A en mode sommeil, avec 48V en entr\u00e9e et en r\u00e9gulant des tensions de sorties de 12V et 3,3V, ce qui convient aux syst\u00e8mes fonctionnant en permanence. Une pompe de charge interne permet un fonctionnement avec un rapport cyclique de 100% en cas de baisse de tension, une caract\u00e9ristique utile lorsque le composant&nbsp;est aliment\u00e9 sur une batterie en cours de d\u00e9charge. En option, l\u2019\u00e9talement de spectre r\u00e9duit les \u00e9missions rayonn\u00e9es et conduites.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La tension des puissants contr\u00f4leurs de grille des MOSFET canal N (1\u2126) du LTC7810 peut \u00eatre r\u00e9gl\u00e9e \u00e0 6V, 8V ou 10V pour permettre l\u2019emploi de MOSFET \u00e0 niveau de commande de tension logique ou standard afin de maximiser le rendement. Pour emp\u00eacher une dissipation de puissance excessive de la puce, dans les applications \u00e0 tension d\u2019entr\u00e9e \u00e9lev\u00e9e, le LTC7810 peut contr\u00f4ler la grille d\u2019un MOSFET canal N externe, en option, fonctionnant en r\u00e9gulateur lin\u00e9aire \u00e0 faible tension de d\u00e9chet pour fournir la puissance au circuit int\u00e9gr\u00e9. La broche EXTV<sub>CC <\/sub>permet l\u2019alimentation du LTC7810 \u00e0 partir de la sortie du r\u00e9gulateur ou de toute autre source disponible, ce qui r\u00e9duit la dissipation de puissance et am\u00e9liore le rendement.<\/p>\n<p>Le LTC7810 fonctionne \u00e0 une fr\u00e9quence fixe, pouvant \u00eatre choisie entre 50kHz et 750kHz, et il peut \u00eatre synchronis\u00e9 \u00e0 une horloge externe de 75kHz \u00e0 720kHz. L\u2019utilisateur peut choisir le mode de fonctionnement, en continu forc\u00e9, en pulse-skipping ou en Burst Mode \u00e0 faible niveau d\u2019ondulation, aux faibles charges. Son architecture en mode courant procure une compensation de boucle facilit\u00e9e, une r\u00e9ponse rapide aux signaux transitoires et une r\u00e9gulation de ligne excellente. Le courant de sortie est d\u00e9tect\u00e9 en mesurant la chute de tension aux bornes de l\u2019inductance (DCR) de sortie, pour une efficacit\u00e9 optimale, ou en utilisant une r\u00e9sistance de mesure de courant en option. La dur\u00e9e de conduction minimale de 90ns permet des rapports de conversion \u00e9lev\u00e9s en mode abaisseur, \u00e0 une fr\u00e9quence de commutation \u00e9lev\u00e9e. La limitation du courant par repliement limite la dissipation thermique du MOSFET en cas de surcharge. Les caract\u00e9ristiques suppl\u00e9mentaires comprennent un seuil d\u2019arr\u00eat en cas de surtension en entr\u00e9e et un d\u00e9marrage progressif. Le LTC7810 est disponible en un bo\u00eetier eLQFP de 48 broches, 7mm x 7mm, \u00e0 performances thermiques renforc\u00e9es et \u00e0 espacement de broches pour les tensions \u00e9lev\u00e9es. Deux classes de temp\u00e9ratures de jonction sont disponibles&nbsp;: les versions de classes industrielles et de plage de temp\u00e9rature \u00e9largie, de -40\u00b0C \u00e0 125\u00b0C, et la classe
