Le chipset Power-on-Package est une technologie qui am\u00e9liore les performances des processeurs \u00e0 intelligence artificielle \u00e0 courant \u00e9lev\u00e9 ainsi que celles des syst\u00e8mes de commande autonomes 48&nbsp;V.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les modules Power-on-Package s\u2019inspirent des syst\u00e8mes \u00e0 architecture FPA \u00e0 alimentation factoris\u00e9e, d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s dans les ordinateurs ultra puissants et centres de donn\u00e9es de grande envergure. L\u2019architecture FPA (Factorized Power Architecture) permet une distribution efficace de l\u2019alimentation et la conversion directe des courants des processeurs, de 48&nbsp;V \u00e0 moins de 1&nbsp;V. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la multiplication de courant d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e au plus pr\u00e8s des processeurs \u00e0 courant \u00e9lev\u00e9, les multiplicateurs de courant PoP \u00e9liminent les obstacles qui existaient jusque-l\u00e0 pour am\u00e9liorer les performances.<br \/>\nUn multiplicateur de courant modulaire MCM4608S59Z01B5T00 associ\u00e9 \u00e0 un pilote de courant modulaire externe (MCD, pour Modular Current Driver) d\u00e9livre 600&nbsp;A en courant continu et un courant de cr\u00eate maximal de 1000&nbsp;A \u00e0 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 1&nbsp;V. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur bo\u00eetier peu encombrant haute densit\u00e9 (46&nbsp;x&nbsp;8&nbsp;x&nbsp;2,7&nbsp;mm) et \u00e0 leurs caract\u00e9ristiques faible bruit, les multiplicateurs de courant modulaires (MCM) sont adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 une co-encapsulation sur le m\u00eame substrat que le XPU, ou juste \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9.
