L&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, la m\u00eame \u00e9quipe avait pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 une bobine imprim\u00e9e en 3D pouvant supporter des temp\u00e9ratures sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 300 \u00b0C. Entre-temps, ils ont r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 produire tous les composants pertinents d&rsquo;une machine \u00e9lectrique dans un processus d&rsquo;impression multi-mat\u00e9riaux 3D. Ceux-ci comprennent des conducteurs \u00e9lectriques en cuivre qui, avec le fer ou les alliages ferreux, provoquent la formation et l&rsquo;alignement des champs magn\u00e9tiques ainsi que l&rsquo;isolation \u00e9lectrique en c\u00e9ramique des conducteurs entre eux, ainsi qu&rsquo;avec le circuit magn\u00e9tique m\u00e9tallique.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;objectif de ces deux ann\u00e9es et demie de travail \u00e9tait d&rsquo;augmenter la &nbsp;temp\u00e9rature de fonctionnement des machines \u00e9lectriques. Les chercheurs ont atteint cet objectif en rempla\u00e7ant les mat\u00e9riaux d&rsquo;isolation \u00e0 base de polym\u00e8res classiques par des c\u00e9ramiques qui permettent &nbsp;une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature beaucoup plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e. La temp\u00e9rature d&rsquo;enroulement 220 \u00b0C admissible par les syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;isolation classiques peut \u00eatre largement d\u00e9pass\u00e9e car elle n&rsquo;est alors limit\u00e9e que par les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s ferromagn\u00e9tiques du fer, qui restent intactes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 700 \u00b0 C.<\/p>\n<p>En plus d&rsquo;avoir une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e, l&rsquo;isolant en c\u00e9ramique offre une conductivit\u00e9 thermique sup\u00e9rieure.
