Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une tension d&rsquo;isolement de 5&nbsp;kVrms minimum entre l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e et la sortie, et \u00e0 la conformit\u00e9 \u00e0 la norme de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour photo-coupleur, IEC60747-5-5-5, le nouveau TLP2735 convient \u00e0 toutes les applications n\u00e9cessitant un niveau d\u2019isolement \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La tension d&rsquo;alimentation produite en sortie couvre la gamme 9V \u00e0 20V, et correspond parfaitement aux tensions de grille de MOSFET. Cette tension d&rsquo;alimentation \u00e9lev\u00e9e signifie que le dispositif peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour l&rsquo;isolement d&rsquo;une entr\u00e9e de module IPM (Intelligent Power Module, ou module de puissance intelligent).<\/p>\n<p>Le TLP2735 pr\u00e9sente un d\u00e9lai de propagation court de 100&nbsp;ns (maxi) et un d\u00e9bit de donn\u00e9es de 10&nbsp;Mbits\/s.<\/p>\n<p>Le dispositif est log\u00e9 dans un bo\u00eetier CMS bas profil SO6L d\u2019\u00e9paisseur maximum 2,3&nbsp;mm, qui garantit des distances de fuite et de d\u00e9gagement de 8&nbsp;mm mini, compatibles avec des exigences d&rsquo;isolement renforc\u00e9. En outre, avec une plage de temp\u00e9rature op\u00e9rationnelle allant de -40\u00b0C \u00e0 +125\u00b0C, ce dispositif est particuli\u00e8rement bien adapt\u00e9 aux applications industrielles durcies.
