Pour r\u00e9duire davantage la consommation \u00e9lectrique, il faut des IGBT \u2013 un des semiconducteurs responsables de la conversion de puissance \u2013 de haute efficacit\u00e9, ainsi que des modules \u00e9quip\u00e9s de ceux-ci.<br \/>\nMais en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, lors du d\u00e9veloppement des IPM IGBT, les caract\u00e9ristiques de bruit se d\u00e9t\u00e9riorent car la priorit\u00e9 est accord\u00e9e aux faibles pertes pour r\u00e9duire la consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie, ce qui rend n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les performances de bruit.<br \/>\nPour y r\u00e9pondre, ROHM a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une nouvelle gamme de 4 mod\u00e8les d\u2019IPM IGBT r\u00e9alisant des caract\u00e9ristiques de premier ordre en r\u00e9duisant simultan\u00e9ment le bruit radi\u00e9 et les pertes de puissance. L\u2019optimisation des IGBT int\u00e9gr\u00e9s et des caract\u00e9ristiques de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration douce de la FRD (diode \u00e0 r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration rapide) interne permet \u00e0 la s\u00e9rie BM6437x de diminuer le bruit radi\u00e9 de plus de 6 dB (en comparaison de pic) par rapport aux produits standard, ouvrant la voie \u00e0 une simplification consid\u00e9rable du filtre de bruit typiquement requis. De m\u00eame, les derniers IGBT \u00e0 faible perte adopt\u00e9s dans ces IPM r\u00e9duisent de 6 % (fc=15 kHz) la consommation de courant par rapport aux IPM conventionnels de ROHM, affichant des pertes extr\u00eamement faibles et contribuant \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction de la consommation de courant de diff\u00e9rents \u00e9quipements. En outre, le nouveau produit a consid\u00e9rablement am\u00e9lior\u00e9 la fonction int\u00e9gr\u00e9e de surveillance de la temp\u00e9rature, ce qui se traduit par une haute pr\u00e9cision de \u00b12 % (\u00e9quivalente \u00e0 2 \u00b0C). Cela permet d\u2019envisager de se passer du thermistor externe requis avec les contr\u00f4leurs de temp\u00e9rature de haute pr\u00e9cision existants, r\u00e9duisant ainsi le nombre de pi\u00e8ces externes ainsi que la charge de conception. En outre, une nouvelle fonction pour identifier le produit apr\u00e8s le montage a \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9e pour aider \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir les erreurs de montage. Un mode d\u2019identification d\u2019erreurs a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9. Cette fonction int\u00e9gr\u00e9e aide \u00e0 distinguer l\u2019\u00e9tat de d\u00e9faillance en appliquant la \u00ab protection contre les courts-circuits \u00bb, la \u00ab protection contre les sous-tensions \u00bb ou la \u00ab protection contre l\u2019arr\u00eat thermique \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><a
