D\u00e9passant les rigoureuses exigences des essais de cyclage thermique sur syst\u00e8me des constructeurs automobiles mondiaux, la fiabilit\u00e9 de la LPDDR4X de 16&nbsp;Gb est nettement sup\u00e9rieure. Elle s\u2019adapte \u00e0 une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d&rsquo;applications automobiles dans les environnements les plus exigeants au monde. Outre sa fiabilit\u00e9 aux temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es, la production \u00e0 un n\u0153ud de classe 10&nbsp;nm avanc\u00e9 est l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 de la LPDDR4X de 16&nbsp;Gb.
