Ce nouveau photorelais offre une compatibilit\u00e9 ascendante avec l&rsquo;ancien TLP172A, au niveau performances et empreinte sur carte.<\/p>\n<p>Comme le TLP176AM est \u00ab\u00a0normalement ouvert\u00a0\u00bb, il peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 en remplacement de relais m\u00e9caniques \u00ab\u00a01-Form-A\u00a0\u00bb. En rempla\u00e7ant les relais m\u00e9caniques par des photorelais, on am\u00e9liore la fiabilit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me, tout en r\u00e9duisant la place n\u00e9cessaire pour les relais et les drivers de relais. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que le TLP176AM pr\u00e9sente une plage de temp\u00e9rature op\u00e9rationnelle allant de -40\u00b0C \u00e0 +110\u00b0C, il convient bien aux applications industrielles, et offre une certaine marge de temp\u00e9rature pour la conception thermique au niveau syst\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p>Ce dispositif offre des temps de commutation rapides de 3&nbsp;ms (tON) et 0,5&nbsp;ms (tOFF) avec une tension d&rsquo;isolement de 3750&nbsp;Veff.
