Ce processus&nbsp;est soutenu par le fournisseur japonais de pi\u00e8ces automobiles Musashi Seimitsu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span class=\"MsoHyperlink\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewspower.com\/news\/3d-printed-solid-state-battery-startup-sees-strategic-japanese-deal\">3D printed solid state battery startup sees strategic Japanese deal<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Les batteries solid state&nbsp;auront la m\u00eame capacit\u00e9 que les batteries lithium-ion mais seront deux fois plus petites et un tiers plus l\u00e9g\u00e8res en utilisant&nbsp;la moiti\u00e9 des mat\u00e9riaux, qui peuvent \u00eatre achet\u00e9s localement et c&rsquo;est ce m\u00e9lange de mat\u00e9riaux qui permet le processus d&rsquo;impression additive en&nbsp;3D.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\u00abPour les march\u00e9s de la mobilit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique en particulier, nous pensons qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une r\u00e9alisation historique et un d\u00e9veloppement qui pourrait transformer l&rsquo;adoption par les consommateurs des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Robert Bagheri, fondateur, PDG et pr\u00e9sident de Sakuu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\u00abLes SSB (Batteries solid state) sont une technologie qui tient du \u00ab\u00a0Saint Graal\u00a0\u00bb, mais elles&nbsp;sont \u00e0 la fois tr\u00e8s difficiles et co\u00fbteuses&nbsp;\u00e0 fabriquer. En exploitant la flexibilit\u00e9 et les capacit\u00e9s d&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration de l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 de notre processus AM&nbsp; ( Fabrication additive) unique et \u00e9volutif, nous permettons aux fabricants de batteries et aux entreprises de VE de surmonter ces probl\u00e8mes fondamentaux \u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEn l&rsquo;adoptant comme technologie de choix, ces utilisateurs b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient \u00e9galement des opportunit\u00e9s plus larges offertes par notre plate-forme AM, \u00e0 savoir la possibilit\u00e9 de profiter d&rsquo;une production localis\u00e9e et \u00e0 la demande, ce qui peut aider \u00e0 conduire \u00e0 des op\u00e9rations de fabrication plus efficaces et des cha\u00eenes d&rsquo;approvisionnement plus courtes\u00bb, at-il continu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;imprimante 3D associe un lit de poudre et un d\u00e9p\u00f4t de mat\u00e9riau par jets et utilise des multi-mat\u00e9riaux compl\u00e8tement diff\u00e9rents en une seule couche. Le processus combine la c\u00e9ramique et le m\u00e9tal, ainsi que le mat\u00e9riau de support exclusif de Sakuu, PoraLyte, qui supprime les limitations de porte-\u00e0-faux des pi\u00e8ces et permet la cr\u00e9ation plus facile et plus rapide de dispositifs avec des canaux et des cavit\u00e9s internes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span class=\"MsoHyperlink\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.smart2zero.com\/news\/blackstone-develops-3d-printed-solid-state-batteries\">Blackstone develops 3D printed solid-state batteries<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Le r\u00e9sultat \u00e9vite les couches c\u00e9ramiques \u00e9paisses et cassantes et les interfaces m\u00e9diocres, fournissant des SSB \u00e0 densit\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e avec des couches monolithiques minces. Au-del\u00e0 du stockage d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, Sakuu affirme que la technique d&rsquo;impression 3D ouvre des march\u00e9s complexes de composants et d&rsquo;appareils&nbsp;tels que les capteurs et les moteurs \u00e9lectriques pour l&rsquo;a\u00e9rospatiale et l&rsquo;automobile; banques d&rsquo;alimentation et dissipateurs thermiques pour l&rsquo;\u00e9lectronique grand public; Capteurs de pH, de temp\u00e9rature et de pression dans l&rsquo;IoT; et les d\u00e9tecteurs de pathog\u00e8nes et les dispositifs microfluidiques \u00e0 usage m\u00e9dical, pour n&rsquo;en nommer que
