Sa fr\u00e9quence de commutation peut \u00eatre programm\u00e9e&nbsp;entre&nbsp;300kHz&nbsp;et&nbsp;2MHz, ce qui permet aux concepteurs de r\u00e9duire la taille des composants externes et d\u2019\u00e9viter les bandes de fr\u00e9quences sensibles, comme la bande radio AM. De plus, il pr\u00e9sente un rendement&nbsp;sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 90%&nbsp;\u00e0&nbsp;de&nbsp;2MHz. Le fonctionnement en Burst Mode r\u00e9duit le courant de repos \u00e0 seulement 9\u00b5A et maintient le niveau d\u2019ondulation de la tension de sortie inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 15mVcr\u00eate-\u00e0-cr\u00eate. La combinaison d\u2019un&nbsp;bo\u00eetier&nbsp;compact&nbsp;MSOP-16E&nbsp;et de composants externes&nbsp;\u00e0 faible encombrement, en raison de la fr\u00e9quence de commutation \u00e9lev\u00e9e,&nbsp;assure une empreinte tr\u00e8s compacte et&nbsp;r\u00e9duit le co\u00fbt de la solution.<\/p>\n<p>Le transistor&nbsp;de puissance&nbsp;de r\u00e9sistance&nbsp;375m\u2126 du LT8361&nbsp;permet&nbsp;d\u2019atteindre&nbsp;des rendements sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 95%. Le LT8361&nbsp;propose une&nbsp;modulation de fr\u00e9quence \u00e0 \u00e9talement de spectre pour minimiser les probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s aux EMI (interf\u00e9rences \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques). La tension de sortie, qu\u2019elle soit positive&nbsp;ou n\u00e9gative, est fix\u00e9e via une seule broche&nbsp;de retour, ce qui minimise le nombre&nbsp;de broches. Les autres caract\u00e9ristiques comprennent&nbsp;la&nbsp;synchronisation externe, la programmation de l\u2019UVLO,le repliement en&nbsp;fr\u00e9quence&nbsp;et un d\u00e9marrage progressif programmable.<\/p>\n<p>Le LT8361EMSE&nbsp;est disponible en un bo\u00eetier MSOP-16E (4 broches supprim\u00e9es pour&nbsp;un&nbsp;espacement&nbsp;suffisant \u00e0&nbsp;tension \u00e9lev\u00e9e).&nbsp;Une&nbsp;version&nbsp;pour&nbsp;temp\u00e9ratures industrielles (-40\u00b0C \u00e0 125\u00b0C)&nbsp;(le&nbsp;LT8361IMSE), et&nbsp;une&nbsp;version&nbsp;haute temp\u00e9rature
