Avec le&nbsp;Smart Energy Hub, l\u2019\u00e9nergie d\u2019origine renouvelable produite sur un b\u00e2timent est directement autoconsomm\u00e9e, et tout le surplus peut \u00eatre stock\u00e9 dans des batteries Li-ion et sous forme d&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne. De fa\u00e7on compl\u00e8tement r\u00e9versible, le syst\u00e8me restitue \u00e0 l\u2019utilisateur, quand il en a besoin, de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et de la chaleur, soit en consommant l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment cr\u00e9\u00e9, soit, en compl\u00e9ment, \u00e0 partir du r\u00e9seau de gaz naturel.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Au c\u0153ur de son produit, Sylfen int\u00e8gre une technologie de rupture&nbsp;: il s\u2019agit d\u2019un&nbsp;syst\u00e8me r\u00e9versible d\u2019\u00e9lectrolyse de l\u2019eau et de pile \u00e0 combustible&nbsp;\u00e0 oxydes solides (rSOC). Cette innovation fran\u00e7aise, b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie de 10 ans de R&amp;D au Liten, Institut du CEA d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux EnR et situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Grenoble. Avec cette technologie trois-en-un, il est possible d\u2019assurer par un unique \u00e9quipement les fonctionnalit\u00e9s de trois syst\u00e8mes \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques&nbsp;: \u00e9lectrolyseur, pile \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne, cog\u00e9n\u00e9rateur gaz. De plus, la technologie rSOC offre les meilleures performances pour chacune de ces fonctions \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques, ce qui en fait un choix naturel pour le d\u00e9ploiement de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne \u00e9nergie \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle.<\/p>\n<p>La validation par le CEA-Liten et Sylfen en mai 2018 de l\u2019ensemble des fonctionnalit\u00e9s du&nbsp;SmartHyes&nbsp;(Smart Hydrogen Energy System,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/eu.vocuspr.com\/Tracking.aspx?Data=HHL%3d%3a%2b%3c8%3f%26JDG%3c%3b1%3d488%3f%26SDG%3c90%3a1&amp;RE=MC&amp;RI=3886603&amp;Preview=False&amp;DistributionActionID=20499&amp;Action=Follow+Link%20\\t%20_blank\">d\u00e9tails techniques<\/a>) premier d\u00e9monstrateur et v\u00e9ritable&nbsp;\u00ab&nbsp;proof-of-concept&nbsp;\u00bb du&nbsp;Smart Energy Hub, marque trois avanc\u00e9es majeures pour la technologie fran\u00e7aise :<\/p>\n<p>1.&nbsp;un syst\u00e8me totalement int\u00e9gr\u00e9: l\u2019unit\u00e9 aliment\u00e9e en eau industrielle et en gaz naturel du r\u00e9seau, produit, comprime, stocke et r\u00e9utilise son propre hydrog\u00e8ne&nbsp;; elle est hybrid\u00e9e avec des batteries lithium et coupl\u00e9e au r\u00e9seau \u00e9lectrique, d\u00e9montrant ainsi toutes les fonctionnalit\u00e9s vis\u00e9es pour le Smart Energy Hub&nbsp;;<\/p>\n<p>2.&nbsp;un fonctionnement flexible et totalement automatis\u00e9&nbsp;: le syst\u00e8me propose trois niveaux de puissance dans chacun de ses trois modes de fonctionnement (production d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne, pile \u00e0 combustible hydrog\u00e8ne, pile \u00e0 combustible gaz naturel), et bascule, en quelques minutes seulement, et de fa\u00e7on totalement automatis\u00e9e d\u2019un mode \u00e0 l\u2019autre&nbsp;;<\/p>\n<p>3.&nbsp;une supervision logicielle orient\u00e9e services&nbsp;: elle inclut des outils de big data, de reporting utilisateur et de pilotage intelligent qui pr\u00e9figurent les logiciels embarqu\u00e9s dans les futurs produits commerciaux de Sylfen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\nLa prochaine \u00e9tape \u00e0 court-terme pour Sylfen est la livraison du d\u00e9monstrateur \u00e0 un grand partenaire industriel. \u00ab&nbsp;Notre motivation, chez Sylfen, c\u2019est que nos syst\u00e8mes vont permettre de cr\u00e9er partout dans le monde un approvisionnement \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique fiable, flexible et \u00e0 co\u00fbt ma\u00eetris\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de sources d\u2019\u00e9nergie renouvelables et locales&nbsp;\u00bb, explique Nicolas Bardi, Pr\u00e9sident de Sylfen.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Avec ce r\u00e9sultat, Sylfen et le CEA d\u00e9montrent que cette technologie d\u2019\u00e9lectrolyse r\u00e9versible \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature est pr\u00eate \u00e0 entrer dans une&nbsp;s\u00e9quence d\u2019industrialisation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Alors que, partout dans le monde, le d\u00e9ploiement des technologies hydrog\u00e8ne acc\u00e9l\u00e8re, Florence Lambert, directrice du CEA-Liten, souligne l\u2019importance de la vision fili\u00e8re&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;la r\u00e9alisation de ce d\u00e9monstrateur prouve la capacit\u00e9 des acteurs fran\u00e7ais \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des solutions au meilleur niveau mondial.
