L\u2019oscillateur command\u00e9 en tension&nbsp;VCO&nbsp;hyperfr\u00e9quences&nbsp;en bande&nbsp;large permet de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des fr\u00e9quences&nbsp;comprises entre&nbsp;62,5&nbsp;MHz&nbsp;et&nbsp;32&nbsp;GHz.&nbsp;Ce circuit&nbsp;conjugue&nbsp;la plus faible gigue de l\u2019industrie (36&nbsp;fs \u00e0 10&nbsp;GHz) et&nbsp;le niveau de parasites de&nbsp;r\u00e9f\u00e9rence (-100&nbsp;dBc typiques)&nbsp;et peut&nbsp;fonctionner&nbsp;\u00e0 105&nbsp;\u00b0C&nbsp;sans perte de verrouillage&nbsp;de fr\u00e9quence.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pour les applications&nbsp;qui&nbsp;n\u00e9cessitent&nbsp;un encombrement minime, le synth\u00e9tiseur&nbsp;ADF4371&nbsp;int\u00e8gre&nbsp;les fonctions de&nbsp;d\u00e9couplage&nbsp;int\u00e9gr\u00e9&nbsp;de l\u2019alimentation,&nbsp;de r\u00e9gulation \u00e0 faible chute de tension (LDO)&nbsp;et&nbsp;de filtrage d\u2019harmoniques. La technologie du filtre suiveur&nbsp;assure&nbsp;une r\u00e9jection harmonique et&nbsp;subharmonique&nbsp;d\u2019au moins 30&nbsp;dB&nbsp;dans&nbsp;l\u2019ensemble de la&nbsp;plage&nbsp;VCO. Cette approche&nbsp;r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement l\u2019encombrement total&nbsp;du circuit, en particulier dans les situations&nbsp;o\u00f9 des filtres \u00e0&nbsp;plage&nbsp;de fr\u00e9quence&nbsp;fixe sont n\u00e9cessaires pour&nbsp;satisfaire&nbsp;ces r\u00e9jections&nbsp;dans&nbsp;des bandes&nbsp;d\u2019un&nbsp;octave. Pour les applications qui ne n\u00e9cessitent pas&nbsp;la&nbsp;plage de fr\u00e9quence&nbsp;compl\u00e8te de l\u2019ADF4371 (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 32&nbsp;GHz), ADI propose \u00e9galement l\u2019ADF4372&nbsp;qui&nbsp;fonctionne jusqu\u2019\u00e0 16&nbsp;GHz.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les synth\u00e9tiseurs&nbsp;ADF4371&nbsp;et&nbsp;ADF4372&nbsp;sont&nbsp;pris en&nbsp;charge par l\u2019outil de
