Toutes les broches&nbsp;disposent d\u2019une protection robuste contre les d\u00e9charges \u00e9lectrostatiques (ESD).&nbsp;Ils&nbsp;fonctionnent sous une tension d\u2019alimentation&nbsp;nominale&nbsp;de&nbsp;\u00b1&nbsp;3,3&nbsp;V&nbsp;et consomment un&nbsp;courant d\u2019alimentation&nbsp;peu \u00e9lev\u00e9, inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0&nbsp;120&nbsp;\u00b5A typiques.&nbsp;L\u2019utilisation de&nbsp;tensions de commande&nbsp;logique positive standard&nbsp;simplifie la conception de l\u2019interface.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ces&nbsp;deux nouveaux&nbsp;commutateurs&nbsp;remplacent id\u00e9alement les&nbsp;mod\u00e8les \u00e9quip\u00e9s de&nbsp;diodes PIN. En effet,&nbsp;aucun composant externe n\u2019est n\u00e9cessaire pour la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration&nbsp;de tensions de polarisation&nbsp;ou l\u2019adaptation&nbsp;d\u2019imp\u00e9dance,&nbsp;tandis que&nbsp;les broches de signal sont polaris\u00e9es&nbsp;en interne&nbsp;\u00e0 la masse (GND), ce qui&nbsp;\u00e9vite d\u2019utiliser&nbsp;des&nbsp;condensateurs de blocage&nbsp;du&nbsp;courant continu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ADRF5024 est optimis\u00e9 pour les applications de commutation rapide avec des vitesses inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 10&nbsp;ns et des vitesses de&nbsp;mont\u00e9e de&nbsp;2&nbsp;ns, tandis que&nbsp;l\u2019ADRF5025&nbsp;convient davantage aux&nbsp;applications ultra-large&nbsp;bande&nbsp;gr\u00e2ce \u00e0&nbsp;de bonnes
