Ce capteur se compose d&rsquo;une photodiode et d&rsquo;un transistor, int\u00e9gr\u00e9s sur une m\u00eame puce. Un bouclier Faraday est \u00e9galement int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 la puce du photo-d\u00e9tecteur pour am\u00e9liorer son immunit\u00e9 aux transitoires en mode commun (jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 15&nbsp;kV\/\u03bcs typiquement), un param\u00e8tre important dans les environnements automobiles bruit\u00e9s.&nbsp;En&nbsp;s\u00e9parant la photodiode et le transistor d&rsquo;amplification, la capacitance du collecteur se trouve r\u00e9duite, ce qui raccourcit le d\u00e9lai de propagation et rend le TLX9309 \u00e0 collecteur ouvert plus rapide que les dispositifs dot\u00e9s&nbsp;d\u2019une sortie \u00e0 transistor. En fait, les d\u00e9lais de propagation sont garantis&nbsp;entre 0,1&nbsp;\u03bcs et 1,0&nbsp;\u03bcs, avec une diff\u00e9rence entre transition descendante et transition montante ne d\u00e9passant pas 0,7&nbsp;\u03bcs, ce qui fait que ce dispositif est bien adapt\u00e9 aux communications rapides, par exemple pour la commande d\u2019un inverteur ou comme interface avec des modules IPM (Intelligent Power Module, ou module de puissance intelligent).&nbsp;Au niveau \u00e9lectrique, le dispositif offre 3.750&nbsp;Veff&nbsp;d&rsquo;isolement, avec 5,0&nbsp;mm de distance de fuite et d\u2019isolement, pour une bonne s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Il accepte une tension d\u2019alimentation entre -0,5 et 30V continu, et peut fournir jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 25&nbsp;mA de courant de pilotage, avec une tension de sortie jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 20V. Le rapport de transfert de courant est compris entre 15% et 300%.<br \/>\nLe TLX9309 est conditionn\u00e9 en bo\u00eetier SO6 conforme RoHS \u00e0 5 broches de 3,7&nbsp;x&nbsp;7,0&nbsp;x&nbsp;2,2&nbsp;mm, et il fonctionne dans la plage de temp\u00e9rature allant de -40\u00b0C \u00e0 +125\u00b0C. Il est par ailleurs homologu\u00e9 AEC-Q101 pour les applications automobiles.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.toshiba.semicon-storage.com \\t _blank\">www.toshiba.semicon-storage.com<\/a><\/p>\n<h3
