Ceci est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en partie en optimisant son fonctionnement sur toute la plage de tension d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e de 45V \u00e0 60V afin de produire une sortie 12V r\u00e9gul\u00e9e, en utilisant la technologie brevet\u00e9e&nbsp;Hybrid Regulated Ratio&nbsp;(HRR) entre 51V et 45V. Plus de 15 brevets ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9s en relation avec la s\u00e9rie BMR480, dont beaucoup sont directement li\u00e9s aux am\u00e9liorations li\u00e9es au rendement&nbsp;et aux techniques de conception pour r\u00e9duire la dissipation de puissance. En cons\u00e9quence, ce convertisseur DC \/ DC est capable d&rsquo;offrir un rendement de 97,4% en fonctionnant \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;une tension d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e de 53 V tout en fournissant un courant de sortie de 100%.<\/p>\n<p>Compar\u00e9 aux autres composants de la s\u00e9rie BMR480, le BMR48001x6\/005&nbsp;se distingue par un rendement am\u00e9lior\u00e9&nbsp;d&rsquo;environ 0,5% \u00e0 1000W, ce qui en fait un composant de mise \u00e0 niveau int\u00e9ressant&nbsp;pour les installations existantes, ainsi qu&rsquo;une solution \u00e0 fort rendementpour les nouvelles conceptions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEn fonctionnement&nbsp;24 heures sur 24 toute l\u2019ann\u00e9e, une am\u00e9lioration de 0,5% \u00e9quivaut \u00e0 une r\u00e9duction de puissance de plus de 40 kWh pour chaque module du syst\u00e8me\u00bb, explique Olle Hellgren, responsable&nbsp;Business and Product Management&nbsp;chez Flex Power Modules. \u00abSelon les solutions de refroidissement employ\u00e9es dans une installation, une r\u00e8gle empirique peut sugg\u00e9rer que chaque 1 W de puissance gaspill\u00e9e en chaleur n\u00e9cessite g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement 0,5 W d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie pour refroidir, de sorte que la puissance totale \u00e9conomis\u00e9e est de 60 kWh par an pour chaque module. Elle est con\u00e7ue pour alimenter des applications haut de gamme \u00e0 hautes performances aliment\u00e9es par des redresseurs AC \/ DC frontaux&nbsp;;&nbsp;une technologie actuellement pris\u00e9e&nbsp;dans le secteur des TIC. Les \u00e9quipements de r\u00e9seau et de t\u00e9l\u00e9communication, les \u00e9quipements industriels et les applications de serveur et de stockage peuvent \u00e9galement b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 et de la fiabilit\u00e9 de la s\u00e9rie BMR480.<\/p>\n<p>Le module est livr\u00e9 en standard avec une plaque de base, qui peut \u00eatre connect\u00e9e \u00e0 un dissipateur thermique ou \u00e0 une plaque froide pour une utilisation dans des environnements thermiques plus difficiles. M\u00eame en op\u00e9rant dans des environnements \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante \u00e9lev\u00e9e et \u00e0&nbsp;d\u00e9bit d&rsquo;air limit\u00e9, l&rsquo;excellent rendement&nbsp;du BMR48001x6\/005 contribue \u00e0 minimiser la dissipation de puissance et \u00e0 optimiser la fiabilit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p>La compensation de charge&nbsp;dynamique et le support&nbsp;de la derni\u00e8re version de la sp\u00e9cification de communication PMBus sont compl\u00e9t\u00e9s par l&rsquo;outil logiciel&nbsp;Flex Power Designer&nbsp;(https:\/\/flexdigitalpowerdesigner.com), offrant&nbsp;aux architectes une souplesse totale dans&nbsp;la conception du syst\u00e8me et leur permettant de r\u00e9aliser des syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;alimentation \u00e0 l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e.
