Le&nbsp;LTC3894&nbsp;convient aux syst\u00e8mes&nbsp;du&nbsp;transport, et aux applications,toujours en veille, du&nbsp;contr\u00f4le industriel, de la robotique et des&nbsp;transmissions de donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Le LTC3894&nbsp;contr\u00f4le un \u00e9tage de puissance \u00e0 MOSFET canal&nbsp;P&nbsp;et peut g\u00e9n\u00e9rer une tension de sortie de 0,8V \u00e0&nbsp;60V, pour des courants pouvant atteindre 3A et un rendement aussi \u00e9lev\u00e9 que&nbsp;92%.&nbsp;Le LTC3894&nbsp;pr\u00e9sente&nbsp;l\u2019option d\u2019un transistor&nbsp;de contr\u00f4le&nbsp;FET canal N externe&nbsp;pour fournir le courant au contr\u00f4leur de grille PMOS dans les applications de forte puissance et de tension \u00e9lev\u00e9e.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le LTC3894&nbsp;fonctionne \u00e0 une fr\u00e9quence fixe pouvant \u00eatre s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9e entre&nbsp;50kHz&nbsp;et&nbsp;850kHz,&nbsp;et il peut \u00eatre synchronis\u00e9&nbsp;\u00e0&nbsp;une horloge externe de&nbsp;75kHz&nbsp;\u00e0&nbsp;800kHz.&nbsp;L\u2019utilisateur&nbsp;peut&nbsp;choisir&nbsp;le mode de fonctionnement&nbsp;entre&nbsp;le mode par&nbsp;saut&nbsp;d\u2019impulsions ou le Burst Mode,&nbsp;pour les faibles charges. Son architecture&nbsp;en&nbsp;mode courant procure une compensation de boucle facile, une r\u00e9ponse rapide aux transitoires et une excellente r\u00e9gulation de ligne. La mesure&nbsp;du courant est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en mesurant la chute de tension aux bornes de l\u2019inductance de sortie (DCR), pour&nbsp;le&nbsp;meilleur rendement, ou aux bornes d\u2019une r\u00e9sistance de&nbsp;mesure&nbsp;de courant&nbsp;en option. Une faible dur\u00e9e de conduction minimum de&nbsp;100ns permet d\u2019importants rapports de conversion, en mode abaisseur, \u00e0 une fr\u00e9quence de&nbsp;d\u00e9coupage&nbsp;\u00e9lev\u00e9e. Le mode par repliement de caract\u00e9ristique du courant limite la dissipation de chaleur du MOSFET en cas de surcharges.
