{"id":114380,"date":"2018-07-29T23:31:44","date_gmt":"2018-07-29T23:31:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/\/dram-8-gb-pour-applications-mobiles-5g\/"},"modified":"2018-07-29T23:31:44","modified_gmt":"2018-07-29T23:31:44","slug":"dram-8-gb-pour-applications-mobiles-5g","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/dram-8-gb-pour-applications-mobiles-5g\/","title":{"rendered":"DRAM 8 Gb pour applications mobiles 5G"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La nouvelle LPDDR5 8 Gb est le dernier n\u00e9 des solutions DRAM haut de gamme de Samsung, incluant une DRAM GDDR6 16 Gb de classe 10 nm (produite en s\u00e9rie depuis d\u00e9cembre 2017) et une DRAM DDR5 16 Gb (d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e en f\u00e9vrier).<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;Ce d\u00e9veloppement de LPDDR5 8 Gb repr\u00e9sente un pas en avant vers des solutions de m\u00e9moire mobile basse consommation&nbsp;\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Jinman Han, vice-pr\u00e9sident directeur de la planification des produits et de l&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie des applications m\u00e9moire chez Samsung Electronics. \u00ab&nbsp;Nous continuerons \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper notre gamme de DRAM de classe 10 nm nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration tout en acc\u00e9l\u00e9rant la tendance \u00e0 une plus grande utilisation de la m\u00e9moire haut de gamme dans le monde.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>La LPDDR5 8 Gb poss\u00e8de une vitesse de donn\u00e9es de 6 400 m\u00e9gabits par seconde (Mb\/s), soit 1,5 fois plus rapide que les puces DRAM mobiles utilis\u00e9es dans les appareils mobiles haut de gamme actuels (LPDDR4X, 4266 Mb\/s). Avec un taux de transfert accru, la nouvelle LPDDR5 peut envoyer 51,2 gigaoctets (Go) de donn\u00e9es, ou environ 14 fichiers vid\u00e9o full HD (3,7 Go chacun), en une seconde.<\/p>\n<p>La DRAM LPDDR5 de classe 10 nm sera disponible en deux largeurs de bande passante : 6,400 Mb\/s \u00e0 une tension de fonctionnement (V) de 1,1 et 5 500 Mb\/s \u00e0 1,05 V ce qui en fait la solution de m\u00e9moire mobile la plus polyvalente pour les t\u00e9l\u00e9phones intelligents et les syst\u00e8mes automobile de nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration. Ces avanc\u00e9es en termes de performance ont \u00e9t\u00e9 possibles gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 plusieurs am\u00e9liorations de l&rsquo;architecture. En doublant le nombre de \u00ab&nbsp;banques&nbsp;\u00bb de m\u00e9moire (des sous-divisions dans une cellule DRAM) de 8 \u00e0 16, la nouvelle m\u00e9moire peut atteindre une vitesse sup\u00e9rieure tout en r\u00e9duisant la consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie. La LPDDR5 8 Gb utilise \u00e9galement une architecture de circuit hautement avanc\u00e9e et \u00e0 vitesse optimis\u00e9e qui v\u00e9rifie et garantit la performance tr\u00e8s haute vitesse de la puce.<\/p>\n<p>Pour maximiser les \u00e9conomies d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, la LPDDR5 de classe 10 nm a \u00e9t\u00e9 fabriqu\u00e9e pour r\u00e9duire sa tension conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la vitesse de fonctionnement du processeur d&rsquo;application correspondant, en mode actif. Elle a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 configur\u00e9e pour \u00e9viter d&rsquo;\u00e9craser les cellules avec des valeurs \u20180\u2019. De plus, la nouvelle puce LPDDR5 offrira un \u2018mode veille prolong\u00e9e\u2019, qui r\u00e9duit de moiti\u00e9 l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie compar\u00e9 au \u2018mode veille\u2019 de la DRAM LPDDR4X actuelle. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces caract\u00e9ristiques basse consommation, la DRAM LPDDR5 8 Gb fournira une r\u00e9duction de la consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie de 30 %, maximisant la performance des appareils mobiles et prolongeant la dur\u00e9e de vie des batteries des t\u00e9l\u00e9phones intelligents.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa largeur de bande passante la plus grande de l&rsquo;industrie, la LPDDR5 pourra alimenter l&rsquo;IA et les applications d&rsquo;apprentissage automatique et elle sera compatible avec l&rsquo;UHD pour les appareils mobiles du monde entier.<\/p>\n<p>Samsung et les vendeurs de puce leaders dans le monde ont r\u00e9alis\u00e9 des tests fonctionnels et ont valid\u00e9 un prototype de module DRAM LPDDR5 8 Go se composant de huit puces LPDDR5 8 Gb.
