La gamme comprend plusieurs bo\u00eetiers de 64 \u00e0 144 broches, avec 256 \u00e0 512&nbsp;Ko de m\u00e9moire Flash et 32&nbsp;Ko de m\u00e9moire Flash suppl\u00e9mentaire pour les donn\u00e9es.&nbsp;La fr\u00e9quence de fonctionnement est de 80&nbsp;MHz, soit le double de celle du premier groupe M3H. Plusieurs circuits analogiques haute-pr\u00e9cision sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9s, notamment un CAN (convertisseur analogique-num\u00e9rique) 12&nbsp;bits avec une vitesse de conversion de 1,5&nbsp;\u03bcs et jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 21&nbsp;canaux, et un CNA (convertisseur num\u00e9rique-analogique) 8&nbsp;bits, \u00e0 2&nbsp;canaux.<br \/>\nUn circuit Toshiba A-PMD (Advanced-Programmable Motor Driver) de commande moteur \u00e0 canal unique, assurant la commande d\u2019inverteur de moteurs \u00e0 courant continu sans-balais, est \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sent. Le CI comprend aussi un circuit p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique \u00e0 usage g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, avec jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 6 canaux UART, 2 \u00e0 4&nbsp;canaux I2C, 1 \u00e0 5&nbsp;canaux TSPI, et plusieurs timers (temporisation) 16 et 32&nbsp;bits. Ces circuits p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques \u00e0 usage g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, ou analogiques de haute pr\u00e9cision, permettent \u00e0 ce second groupe M3H d\u2019offrir une faible consommation, tout en assurant des performances \u00e9lev\u00e9es aux appareils \u00e9lectrom\u00e9nagers haut-de-gamme et aux grands syst\u00e8mes.&nbsp;En outre, une fonction d&rsquo;autodiagnostic int\u00e9gr\u00e9e v\u00e9rifie la tension de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence au niveau du CAN, une fonction de parit\u00e9 RAM d\u00e9tecte les \u00e9ventuelles erreurs lors de la lecture m\u00e9moire, et un circuit de calcul CRC \u00e0 canal unique r\u00e9duit la charge de traitement logiciel, pour se conformer \u00e0 la norme de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 fonctionnelle IEC&nbsp;60730.&nbsp;Ces microcontr\u00f4leurs acceptent une tension d\u2019alimentation entre 2,7 et 5,5V et fonctionnent de -40\u00b0C \u00e0 +85\u00b0C.<br \/>\nToshiba pr\u00e9voit de lancer d\u2019autres groupes de microcontr\u00f4leurs pour le traitement de donn\u00e9es rapide et la gestion des communications, et aussi des dispositifs \u00e9quip\u00e9s de circuits analogiques haute-pr\u00e9cision pour la commande de moteurs basse et moyenne vitesse.
