En cas de surtension en entr\u00e9e, le LTC7862commence \u00e0 d\u00e9couper comme&nbsp;un r\u00e9gulateur DC\/DC&nbsp;de haut rendement,&nbsp;pour prot\u00e9ger les composants sensibles,&nbsp;en aval, en limitant le courant et la tension de sortie.<\/p>\n<p>Le LTC7862&nbsp;se base sur&nbsp;nos bloqueurs de transitoires lin\u00e9aires, populaires, comme le LT4363, et&nbsp;offre&nbsp;une protection de commutation tr\u00e8s efficace pour accro\u00eetre les possibilit\u00e9s du courant de sortie et r\u00e9duire les pertes de puissance pendant des transitoires et des dysfonctionnements. Des surtensions d\u2019alimentation se produisent quand les courants dans la charge, se propageant le long des&nbsp;bus \u00e0 inductance&nbsp;de forte valeur, varient brutalement. La situation est aggrav\u00e9e dans les applications de l\u2019automobile par l\u2019\u00e9nergie stock\u00e9e dans l\u2019inductance de l\u2019alternateur, causant une surtension de niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9 et&nbsp;de dur\u00e9e&nbsp;accrue,lors d\u2019une rupture de charge. La possibilit\u00e9 de maintenir&nbsp;la puissance d\u2019un bloqueur est limit\u00e9e par&nbsp;les pertes&nbsp;de puissance dans le circuit&nbsp;de protection. &nbsp; Dans un bloqueur de signaux transitoires, lin\u00e9aire, la puissance est d\u00e9termin\u00e9e par la taille du MOSFET, alors que dans un bloqueur&nbsp;\u00e0 d\u00e9coupage&nbsp;de signaux transitoires l\u2019\u00e9nergie est d\u00e9termin\u00e9e par le rendement de conversion. En raison de ses pertes de puissance plus faibles, un circuit bloqueur&nbsp;\u00e0 d\u00e9coupage&nbsp;de signaux transitoires&nbsp;peut fonctionner pendant des surtensions&nbsp;de plus longue dur\u00e9e&nbsp;en entr\u00e9e, pour un&nbsp;courant&nbsp;de sortie plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que pour une solution lin\u00e9aire.<\/p>\n<p>Le LTC7862&nbsp;fonctionne sur une&nbsp;plage&nbsp;de tensions d\u2019entr\u00e9e de&nbsp;4V \u00e0 140V,&nbsp;150V&nbsp;max. absolu.&nbsp;Un condensateur de minuterie de gestion de panne, externe, configure la dur\u00e9e limite&nbsp;pass\u00e9e en mode surtension et&nbsp;maintient le bloqueur&nbsp;\u00e0 d\u00e9coupage de signaux transitoires&nbsp;en dessous de la valeur maximale de temp\u00e9rature de&nbsp;s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de&nbsp;fonctionnement, quand la perte de puissance est \u00e0 son plus haut niveau. La minuterie de gestion de panne r\u00e9duit le prix et la taille du syst\u00e8me en optimisant la s\u00e9lection du composant, pour un fonctionnement en mode normal plut\u00f4t qu\u2019en cas de surtension et de dysfonctionnement.<\/p>\n<p>Dans les applications MIL-STD-1275, le LTC7862&nbsp;prot\u00e8ge les composants fonctionnant sur un bus&nbsp;d\u2019alimentation de v\u00e9hicule&nbsp;de 28V, o\u00f9 cette tension de bus&nbsp;peut atteindre une tension aussi \u00e9lev\u00e9e que 100V en 500ms.
