En cas d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement anormal, le dispositif r\u00e9agit \u00e0 la hausse de la temp\u00e9rature de la cellule, entra\u00eenant l\u2019ouverture du contact bim\u00e9tallique \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9e et l&rsquo;augmentation de sa r\u00e9sistance de contact. \u00c0 ce moment, le courant est d\u00e9riv\u00e9 vers le PPTC d&rsquo;une r\u00e9sistance inf\u00e9rieure, lequel agit en tant que corps de chauffe et contribue \u00e0 maintenir le protecteur bim\u00e9tallique ouvert et arm\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la condition anormale ait disparu.&nbsp;L&rsquo;association de formats compacts, de capacit\u00e9s de cellule importantes et de taux de d\u00e9charge de batterie \u00e9lev\u00e9s typiques des applications de protection de batteries LiP et prismatiques exige un dispositif de protection de circuit offrant des temp\u00e9ratures de coupure thermique basses (&lt; 90 \u00baC), des courants de maintien \u00e9lev\u00e9s (&gt;6 A) et un encombrement r\u00e9duit. Compar\u00e9e aux autres dispositifs de ce type, la s\u00e9rie MHP\u2013TAC offre des tensions nominales et des courants de maintien sup\u00e9rieurs, des options de temp\u00e9rature suppl\u00e9mentaires, ainsi qu\u2019un format plus fin et plus compact qui limite l\u2019espace requis pour la conception des packs de batteries.&nbsp;Les applications types des dispositifs de
