Jusqu&rsquo;ici, la commande s\u00e9curis\u00e9e des moteurs DC \u00e0 balais se faisait en limitant la valeur sup\u00e9rieure du courant moteur par une valeur constante. La surintensit\u00e9 est g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par le blocage du moteur et elle est mesur\u00e9e gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une r\u00e9sistance externe par le biais d&rsquo;un circuit externe compos\u00e9 d&rsquo;amplis op et de comparateurs, ce qui augmente sensiblement le nombre de composants et la complexit\u00e9 de l\u2019ensemble.<\/p>\n<p>Le TB67H401FTG \u00e0 haut niveau d\u2019int\u00e9gration est fabriqu\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce au proc\u00e9d\u00e9 BiCD de Toshiba et il dispose d\u2019un circuit \u00e0 sortie drapeau int\u00e9gr\u00e9, qui surveille l&rsquo;\u00e9tat du courant et indique lorsque celui-ci atteint la limite sup\u00e9rieure. Etant donn\u00e9 que cette fonction est d\u00e9sormais incluse, le circuit externe n&rsquo;est plus n\u00e9cessaire et les solutions moteur sont donc plus petites, ont un meilleur rendement et des co\u00fbts de BOM (Bill of Materials, ou nomenclature) inf\u00e9rieurs.<\/p>\n<p>Le TB67H401FTG supporte un total de quatre modes&nbsp;: rotation horaire (CW pour ClockWise en anglais), rotation anti-horaire (CCW pour Counter ClockWise en anglais), freinage (freinage court) et arrt (\u00e9teint). Ce nouveau CI driver dispose \u00e9galement d\u2019une fonction de commutation de mode qui \u00e9largit l\u2019\u00e9ventail des applications envisageables. Le mode simple pont supporte un courant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 6,0A sur un canal, tandis que le mode double pont permet de piloter deux moteurs avec un mme CI dans la limite de 3,0A par moteur.<\/p>\n<p>Les MOSFET \u00e0 faible r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat passant int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans le pont en H (C\u00f4t\u00e9&nbsp;haut&nbsp;+&nbsp;C\u00f4t\u00e9&nbsp;bas&nbsp;=&nbsp;0.49\u03a9 typique) garantissent de faibles pertes et un fonctionnement \u00e0 haut rendement. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un r\u00e9gulateur 5V interne, le dispositif peut&nbsp;\u00eatre aliment\u00e9 \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;une source d&rsquo;alimentation unique.<\/p>\n<p><a
