La pr\u00e9cision de la fr\u00e9quence de d\u00e9part est de \u00b120 ppm, niveau attendu d&rsquo;un r\u00e9sonateur \u00e0 quartz, bien plus sophistiqu\u00e9 (et donc plus cher).&nbsp;<br \/>\nUn condensateur int\u00e9gr\u00e9 de 6,9pf r\u00e9duit le nombre des composants n\u00e9cessaires au circuit qui g\u00e9n\u00e8re le signal d&rsquo;horloge de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, d&rsquo;o\u00f9 moins d&rsquo;encombrement et davantage de flexibilit\u00e9 pour les ing\u00e9nieurs dans la r\u00e9alisation de leurs solutions.<br \/>\nMesurant tout juste 0,9 x 0,6 x 0,3 mm (PxLxH), le nouveau r\u00e9sonateur MEMS est plus de 50 % plus petit qu&rsquo;un r\u00e9sonateur \u00e0 quartz classique de 32,768 kHz (1,2 x 1,0 x 0,3 mm). Propos\u00e9 en bo\u00eetier-puce \u00e0 plaquettes de silicium (WL-CSP), il peut \u00eatre totalement int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 un circuit int\u00e9gr\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 dans un mat\u00e9riau semi-conducteur homog\u00e8ne.<br \/>\nLe signal&nbsp;d&rsquo;horloge de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence stable g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 par le nouveau r\u00e9sonateur est obtenu par r\u00e9duction du gain de CI sur la base d&rsquo;une faible valeur ESR de 75 k\u03a9. Les tests effectu\u00e9s en interne par Murata indiquent une r\u00e9duction de la consommation de 13% par rapport \u00e0 des r\u00e9sonateurs classiques de 32,768 kHz.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a
