Ils&nbsp;se pr\u00e9sentent sous forme de deux rang\u00e9es&nbsp;de contactsau pas de 2 mm \u2013 permettant, au travers de cartes PCB, l\u2019accouplement des connecteurs m\u00e2les aux connecteurs femelles \u00e0 sertir correspondants \u2013 avec&nbsp;un choix de&nbsp;diff\u00e9rents calibres&nbsp;de fils (de 22AWG \u00e0 28AWG). Chaque contact m\u00e2le en alliage de cuivre \u00e9tam\u00e9 affiche&nbsp;un courant nominal de 3,3 A (3,0 A lorsque tous les contacts sont simultan\u00e9ment charg\u00e9s) et une r\u00e9sistance de contact maximale de 25 m\u03a9. Une fois accoupl\u00e9s, les contacts femelles monoblocs ont chacun 3 surfaces touchant la broche m\u00e2le correspondante. Cela signifie qu&rsquo;une interconnexion fiable est maintenue, m\u00eame lorsqu&rsquo;elle&nbsp;intervient au sein d\u2019applications aux exigences les plus strictes&nbsp;et dans des conditions de travail extr\u00eamement difficiles.<\/p>\n<p>Un syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9tention rapide de type mate-before-lock (accouplement avant verrouillage) a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 pour augmenter la force de maintien de l&rsquo;accouplement des connecteurs et favoriser&nbsp;la r\u00e9silience aux vibrations. Le connecteur femelle est&nbsp;\u00e9quip\u00e9 de joints de fixation&nbsp;en caoutchouc et les broches de verrouillage sont fournies s\u00e9par\u00e9ment. Ces broches sont enfonc\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019arri\u00e8re du connecteur femelle coupl\u00e9, pour ensuite \u00e9largir les attaches en caoutchouc afin de s&rsquo;agripper au connecteur m\u00e2le.<\/p>\n<p>Les contacts&nbsp;sont&nbsp;gain\u00e9s sur les connecteurs m\u00e2les et&nbsp;femelles, \u00e9vitant ainsi tout dommage, tandis que les bo\u00eetiers polaris\u00e9s prot\u00e8gent contre les risques de mauvais accouplement. Les contacts \u00e0 sertir femelles sont disponibles sur des bobines (pour la production automatis\u00e9e \u00e0 fort volume) ou au d\u00e9tail(\u00e0 des fins de prototypage), avec un outil de sertissage manuel offert pour les faibles volumes. La plage de temp\u00e9rature op\u00e9rationnelle couvre -55\u00b0C \u00e0 +125\u00b0C et une dur\u00e9e de vie de 50 cycles de couplage est garantie. Ces composants sont destin\u00e9s aux syst\u00e8mes d\u2019automatisation et de traitement des usines, aux pilotes industriels, \u00e0 la robotique, aux instruments de test \/ de surveillance, aux
