Chaque MCU int\u00e8gre une unit\u00e9 de polarisation de capteur qui fournit une alimentation pr\u00e9cise au capteur externe et une structure analogique hautement configurable qui traite des algorithmes complexes afin de maximiser le conditionnement du signal et les mesures analogiques pr\u00e9cises. Les composants analogiques embarqu\u00e9s comprennent un convertisseur analogique-num\u00e9rique 16 bits haute pr\u00e9cision, un ADC sigma-delta 24 bits, un convertisseur num\u00e9rique-analogique 12 bits \u00e0 r\u00e9ponse rapide, des amplificateurs op\u00e9rationnels rail \u00e0 rail \u00e0 faible offset, et des comparateurs haute vitesse\/faible consommation. Les MCU S1JA permettent des configurations analogiques avanc\u00e9es allant des fonctions de base aux blocs analogiques plus complexes. En cons\u00e9quence, les concepteurs de syst\u00e8mes embarqu\u00e9s sont en mesure de r\u00e9duire le co\u00fbt de la nomenclature et la taille du circuit imprim\u00e9 en \u00e9liminant plusieurs composants analogiques externes. L\u2019acc\u00e8s aux broches de gestion de touches tactiles capacitives permet aux concepteurs de d\u00e9velopper des interfaces IHM \u00e0 touches tactiles. La fonction de miroir de m\u00e9moire du S1JA permet des mises \u00e0 jour via connexion sans fil avec un minimum de complexit\u00e9 logicielle.<\/p>\n<p>La consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie tr\u00e8s faible permet aux MCU S1JA de prolonger la dur\u00e9e de vie de la batterie pour les applications portables et de secours sur batterie. Leur mode de veille logiciel le plus performant ne consomme que 500 nA pour permettre \u00e0 des applications passant de longues p\u00e9riodes en mode veille de fonctionner sur batterie pendant 20 ans. En outre, l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur de cryptographie AES int\u00e9gr\u00e9 au S1JA, le g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur de nombres al\u00e9atoires v\u00e9ritables (TRNG) et les unit\u00e9s de protection de la m\u00e9moire fournissent les blocs fondamentaux permettant de d\u00e9velopper un syst\u00e8me s\u00e9curis\u00e9 qui se connecte au cloud. Le Synergy Software Package (SSP) de Renesas prend en charge les MCU S1JA avec les pilotes HAL, les frameworks applicatifs et le RTOS. Le SSP comprend \u00e9galement six nouveaux modules qui simplifient l\u2019interconnexion des blocs analogiques internes configurables.
