Le MOSFET supporte les conditions hostiles de l\u2019espace, am\u00e9liore les circuits d\u2019alimentation et respecte toutes les exigences de la norme MIL-PRF19500\/746, affichant des performances sup\u00e9rieures. Microchip a pass\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s les tests de r\u00e9vision et de qualification de la DLA (l\u2019agence am\u00e9ricaine de logistique pour la D\u00e9fense, Defense Logistics Agency), pour \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 comme fournisseur dans la cha\u00eene d\u2019approvisionnement de l\u2019arm\u00e9e am\u00e9ricaine (certification JANSR2N7593U3 pr\u00e9vue pour le mois de juin 2021). Le MRH25N12U3 est con\u00e7u pour \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 dans les futurs syst\u00e8mes de satellites ainsi que pour servir de source alternative aux syst\u00e8mes existants. Le composant peut supporter une dose absorb\u00e9e TID (Total Ionizing Dose) allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 100&nbsp;krad et 300&nbsp;krad, et des effets d\u2019une particule isol\u00e9e, ou SEE (pour Single Event Effects), avec un transfert d\u2019\u00e9nergie lin\u00e9ique (TEL) maximum de 87&nbsp;MeV\/mg\/cm2.
