L\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 du convertisseur d\u2019entra\u00eenement est particuli\u00e8rement importante pour les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques afin d\u2019augmenter l\u2019autonomie et de r\u00e9duire la taille de la batterie embarqu\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le SiC, un composant cl\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9lectromobilit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le carbure de silicium (SiC) jouera tr\u00e8s certainement un r\u00f4le majeur dans cette \u00e9volution. Cependant, les composants de puissance en SiC doivent relever le d\u00e9fi majeur de concilier de faibles pertes avec une taille r\u00e9duite. ROHM r\u00e9sout ce dilemme avec son module TRCDRIVE pack, une s\u00e9rie de modules\u00a0SiC sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7us pour les applications d\u2019onduleurs de traction, r\u00e9duisant leur taille gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une structure unique afin de maximiser la zone de dissipation de la chaleur. L\u2019int\u00e9gration des MOSFET SiC de 4<sup>e<\/sup> g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de ROHM avec une faible r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat passant permet d\u2019obtenir une densit\u00e9 de puissance \u00e0 la pointe de l\u2019industrie, 1,5\u00a0fois sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle des modules\u00a0SiC conventionnels. Dans le m\u00eame temps, il contribue de mani\u00e8re significative \u00e0 la miniaturisation des onduleurs pour les xEV.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Une configuration unique<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le TRCDRIVE pack prend en charge jusqu\u2019\u00e0 300\u00a0kW et pr\u00e9sente une densit\u00e9 de puissance \u00e9lev\u00e9e ainsi qu\u2019une configuration de borne unique\u00a0; ainsi, les modules aident \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre les d\u00e9fis cruciaux des onduleurs de traction en mati\u00e8re de miniaturisation, d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure et de r\u00e9duction des heures-personnes.<\/p>\n<p>Ces modules sont \u00e9galement \u00e9quip\u00e9s de bornes de signaux de commande utilisant des broches \u00e0 ajustement serr\u00e9 permettant une connexion facile en poussant simplement la carte du pilote de grille depuis le haut, ce qui raccourcit consid\u00e9rablement le temps d\u2019installation.
